CEBS is providing a web-based information platform for CEBS members and observers willing to organise swaps of temporary exchanges of staff.
CEBS is facilitating contacts between competent authorities and will aim to promote the widest exchange of information possible, but will not interfere in the Human Resources policies of CEBS members and observers. CEBS members and observers remain responsible for organising the practical arrangements.
