call for advice received on 17 March 2009, the Committee of European Banking Supervisors (CEBS) today publishes its advice on the information that may be exchanged between home supervisors and host supervisors of branches under article 42 of Directive 48/2006/EC (“the Capital Requirements Directive” or “CRD”).
